Returns / Exchanges

We'll gladly return unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return please email orderfulfillment@bristmfg.com and include your:

• Name
• Order Number
• Product(s) To Return

Next, you’ll be emailed a shipping label to send your product(s) back to us. Once received, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method or replacement product(s) will be sent.  If you would like to exchange for a different item please place a new order.
