Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of receipt.
Please note that Next Day Air and 2-Day Air orders also require up to 2 business days for processing before they ship. We do not offer same-day shipping.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, periods of high warehouse volume, or due to other operational factors. We appreciate your understanding and will always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the shipping carrier becomes responsible for the delivery of your package. If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please follow these steps:
- Verify your shipping address and check with neighbors, building management, or household members.
- Allow 1–2 business days in case of delayed scans or routing updates.
- Contact the carrier to open a missing package case:

- UPS/FedEx: Lost Package Claim
Once a claim has been opened and the carrier confirms the package cannot be located, we are happy to offer a one-time complimentary replacement of your order.
Refunds are not issued for lost or stolen packages.
We are not able to guarantee replacement for orders that are shown as delivered by the carrier, but we will always do our best to assist you.
